1st option could be that your friend may have a look in his/her spam-folder. Some of the notifications (same is true for PBEM in-game ones, especially at the beginning of your membership) are forwarded there because your or your friend's e-mail provider do not identify our forum's sender as having a trustworthy certificate. (That option should cease after a short period of time due to your regulary affirmation that those notifications are, in fact, not spam)
2nd variant of an issue here could be that your friend tried to access from your spot which means that s/he probably used the same or a similar IP-address which made him/her suspected of conducting an improper, indeed impermissible, attempt of double accounting which made his/her first try to sign in become suspended or delayed for further inspection.
3rd eventuality might be that your friend didn't fill in all the requested information. If s/he did, s/he should re-fill in the log-in sheet and should state that his/her previous attempt failed for no reason.
4th possibility may have its justification in what We_Do_not_Slow pointed out earlier this day when you asked via the shoutbox - They're just busy with their ongoing tournament and haven't had time to issue the request yet.
Atm, patience is the name of the game.

for future posts like this, please resign from answering them, when you arent sure about the facts.
While we really appreciate that you are investing work into the community, this one here is a case where you cant really help out.
Some of your points arent that false, but overall, you can only state a lot of "maybes" and nothing definite, rather leading to confusement thatn really helping out, because you cangt really bring up valid points.

registering a new account is done in multiple steps. Please check if your friend did all of them:
1) sign up, follow the instrucgtions. Especially list all friends you know on thronemaster and everyone you are sharing an IP with.
2) confirm the Email
3) wait until a juge aproves the registration
We are usually confirming or rejecting accounts as fast as possible. There is rarely a case where a registration is pending longer than 12 hours. Right now, there are none.
So unless he didnt confirm his email, there either happened a bug, or we rejected his account because of a dubious IP, inappropiate name or sth similar.(in this case, he should have received an email)
If this isnt the case, tell him to try registering again. And this time to list up everything as described above. He should also mention, that he tried to register before and that ou created a topic about it.
