That's kind of how it works here - 5 games to ensure that as part of the community you're ready to ensure that as a member you know what it means to play a game until its end, especially without aborting a game when one sees the game not taking a good path. A sort of test to show your willingness, in a way.

One thing you can do though is to take some replacements (see replacements forum) - these are not counted in your game limit and can allow you to reach the 5 games completed limit quicker.

That may not be great for your stats - replacements tend to be in badly positioned game, but that's only 5 games. Good luck !

Also - 3 player games will move much quicker than 6 player games. I played a few 3p games to get up to 5 and then switched over to 6 player games after that.
