Wait and be patient, they are automatically granted if you have done the whole checklist in the pinned post (but I believe your current kick rate is a bit too high for now, you have to end successfully more games to "clear" your record)

the kickrate was not mean to be. happened in PBEM game but long time without move.

As said, end games, that will clear the kicks, then Mot rights are automatically granted: we mods do not do anything about these.
