What do you think? Is there anything I should be paying attention to?

Great idea!
Things that came to my mind:

1) The Atlantic Ocean is way too big. You have access to 13!!!!! different Landareas and 8 Seaareas. Exept Narrow, there isnt any Seaarea in the original map that has access to more than 5 landareas.
Controlling that Area wins the game. It is also VERY crucial for northern irland

My suggestion would be:

a) Make an additional Sea north of the Hebrides
b) Let the Celtic Sea reach to the end of the western end of the map.
c) You now have a new Sea area in the south west, neighboured to Celtic Sea, Bristol Channel and English Channel
d)decrease the border so that it ends at Stroke City.

It's Ulster, one of the 4 regions making up the Irish island. I wanted to use Northern Ireland but the flag and colours is to similar to England's. Sidenote: Stroke City is Derry/Londonderry.

Does this look better ElPopelos? It seems like there is too many oceans to me now.

I like it!
Now you have 11 Sea-Areas. THe 6p-Map of Westeros  has 12 oceans, and the map for 4 or 5 players has also 11.  So i dont see an issue there. Even more, i wouldnt mind if there were even more since the Sea is much more important for your map than for Westeros because almost every area is adjacent to the sea.

But for now, this looks fine to me. I guess only practice will show

I had created these, although as everything was rough I haven't even begun too look at balance issues.

England: https://www.dropbox.com/s/w5iwks79tdnq9q1/england%20house%20cards.jpg?dl=0
Ireland: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7iju9lhl5jh35kc/ireland%20house%20cards.jpg?dl=0
Scotland: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1uslxx13p3qt12b/scotland%20house%20cards.jpg?dl=0

Very nice ideas, but I don't like the extreme historical mash-up in the house cards. You have got legendary figures, unsure to have existed, and persons coming from medieval to 20th century time periods. For example Winston Churchill leading a host of knights against William Wallace gives me the shivers.

From a strictly nerdy perspective, I agree.  Having the modern figures at all seems wrong to me given GOT's medieval aesthetic.  Still, it's a fun idea.

From a balancing perspective, it looks like Scotland has way too many big swords, for starters.

I actually like that the characters are from all episodes of history. otherwise, its hard to find a limit. Limiting just to the middle ages would reduce the amount of avaiable characters so much that non-historians would have problems knowing who that person is.

So taking those famous persons and adding a HC-effect according to their character/history is a very nice detail. I like it!

However, i would limit this to historic non-fictional persons.

Now to the cards themselves:

I cant say much about the balancing since only experience can tell, but:

Scotland, charles stuart, you should specify the text more "add a normal consolidate token, if avaiable" to make clear that its not the special token and that there cant be more than you have
Ulster, Hugh o neill: This card could be super strong since it would allow you to use it offensively. It also doesnt make much sense logicwise, especially the retreat over sea.

Great work anyways, im eager to play it!

It's a reference to Hugh's part in the Flight of the Earl's where he choose to flee from Ulster across the sea to Spain in the hope of mustering an army there. Instead when they heard news of the Battle of Gilbraltar they fled to France and some made it all the way to Rome.

Loving Nye Bevin's ability. NHS power to the max!

That said, there doesn't seem to be much of a 'theme' to each faction's cards. If you look at the house decks in AGoT they all tend to be focused around one or two things (i.e.: Stark is based around attrition, Martell are opportunists). The decks you've made kinda do everything.

Some of the figures are also incredibly divisive/a bit odd
