My idea of Lannister opening:
Lannisport, Consolidate Power (Special)
Stoney Sept, March -1
Golden Sound, March +1
Port of Lannisport, Support +1

As you have the raven, there are three possible ways to change your orders.

1. Stoney Sept changes to Consolidate Power.
Almost the same as the original opening, except that you have a March +1 on the sea. Greyjoy still needs to use Balon to take your sea. However, if Greyjoy has only one march order on the sea, you can move your ship to empty Sunset Sea or empty Ironman's Bay! And muster another ship in Golden Sound with the CP* in Lannisport. Lannister will have much advantage on the sea.

2. Lannisport changes to March +0.
This way you can take Riverrun, Harrenhal and maybe Blackwater in the 1st turn. Still you can take one empty sea. Not recommended because Greyjoy may attack Riverrun.

3. Port changes to March +0.
Use two ships to attack one. Greyjoy has to use Balon to defend his sea. Therefore he won't have Balon in a long time. You can also move a ship to an empty sea and attack the other. Greyjoy has to use Balon or Euron. Don't be afraid of losing a ship, because you'll have more with your CP*.

Either way will trouble Greyjoy a lot.

A good use of the raven is key, but also a will to secure an alliance with GJ is, and usually you set orders right at start. M+1 on GS is fearsome for GJ.

Would tend to go:
M-1 on port
M0 on Stoney
CP* on Lannisport
D+2 on Golden Sound

Depending on how the negociation goes, you can swap def to M+1 if GJ chooses not to play both marches on seas (which is the natural move now for GJ with 2 CPs).

You can also swap M-1 to CP to stay peaceful with the Kraken.
And whatever the case missing the opportunity to CP* is sad, you'll need it.
