Does anyone know of any software we can use to run this analysis?
The information you seek is hard to get from the replays or the logs alone.
To explain why, take this log e.g.
https://game.thronemaster.net/?game=90001&show=log
To know which castle is occupied by which player at the end of the game, you'd need to track which unit moves to which castle thourough the game. That includes moving out of a castle without leaving a token. This information is not even present in the logs, e.g. in the link I sent it says only:
Stark marched out of The Eyrie - to Winterfell with 1 Siege Engine and 1 Knight.
But not whether or not they left a token.
The other approach would be looking into the reviews: e.g.
https://game.thronemaster.net/?game=90001&review=1
If you inspect the elements (rightclick -> inspect) you can see that the website does not contain information about in which castle every unit is, but instead only gives the absolute position.
So you'd need to write a function transferring the position information to a castle (so e.g. left: 140px; top: 785px == Pyke). That is certainly possible to do and to implement but it is some work.
The optimal way would be if the site owner would provide some kind of database to provide such information, so that people could use that to do more in-depth statistics and analyses.
