Before you ask, I'm considering the idea of hosting one here, myself, but I haven't fully organized my thoughts or resources enough to "pull the trigger" on this idea. Reading through many of these posts, it looks at though everyone wants to play; nobody wants to host. I have GIMP, and am comfortable with its basic functions. I have the XCF file, and much of what is needed to get started. I may even have an app on my phone that will let me update the board XCF file and upload the exported PNG to a public Dropbox folder, on the go, without needing to use my PC. I have also created a private google sheets file that will handle shuffling all the decks as needed, and any other random selections like random house assignments, etc. I believe I have even incorporated the option to use and include the Westeros Deck IV, if desired.
Like everyone else here, I'd prefer to play one first, before hosting, but I'm not opposed to hosting before playing. Alternatively, if there is a backup host available, I wouldn't mind being a main host AND playing, sending any of my bids and selections off to the backup host to ensure fair play. As I am not a forum moderator, I cannot operate the PBF flow as efficiently as the games that I've seen Harakon host, where he edits posts to indicate progress, but it can still be handled without this. Thank you for your consideration.
