Never finished. 
It was planned to manage groups to be able to create group games and group specific stats and rankings.
Also I wanted to have some kind continental gaming feature. So you would automatically join a Europe or South America or Asia group on registration and wouldn't be able to switch afterwards...
maybe after wildling cards...
