What is this?
"A bug tracking system is a software application that is designed to help quality assurance and programmers keep track of reported software bugs in their work. It may be regarded as a sort of issue tracking system.
Many bug-tracking systems, such as those used by most open source software projects, allow users to enter bug reports directly. Other systems are used only internally in a company or organization doing software development. Typically bug tracking systems are integrated with other software project management applications.
Having a bug tracking system is extremely valuable in software development, and they are used extensively by companies developing software products.

What can or should I do here?
If you find a bug you are able to report it immediately using the web form on the bug tracker's main page. And in order to optimize our project you really SHOULD do it ;-)
Write a small description what the problem is, how you can get there or how to avoid it, because we need precise information to fix that bug.
Furthermore, you can post a so called "Feature Request" to get new functions you miss in the game or this website.
To track single cases or bug fix processes you may use the search function. In addition you are able to add one or more cases you choose to a private newsfeed. That means you will get an e-mail notification if one of your chosen cases' status has changed.
This way you will know instantly when a bug which is important to you is fixed for example.
Every registered user with full member rights to play the game can add further information or descriptions to any case which is not already resolved.


What is a Case Priority?
The site admin orders all cases in priorities from 1 to 9. 1 means the case should already be resolved yesterday at best and 9 that it can last some months before anything happens there ^^
In Short: The smaller the priority value the more important is the case to the responsible developer.
10 implies that a case did not receive a priority yet.
