How do you determine the title beneath the name tag? (I know there is a post somewhere, but I can't find it at the moment. So, FAQ might be a good place for a link)

How are points assigned to players? Which are the key factor to determine if and how many points one gets? You gain points from a game only in case you win that game? Or does it also matters on which position and with how many cities you have ended up?

You will appear in the rankinglist as soon as you finished 10 games.

How does Turn Speed Pbem rank is being set? What does the ranks means? For example, Turn Speed Pbem 3.0, how often should I submit my turns to be in that speed number?
