Is it intentional that Tyrell isn´t a playable faction while Greyjoy is?

In addition to the usual Grey/Lanni knifefight Bara has a free reign in the south, conquering Yronwood, Starfall, Sunspear, Storms End and eventually even Highgarden with ease. Seems very unbalanced, what am I missing?

That version is how the 4 player is for the actual 2nd edition board game. using 1st edition map gives you tyrell as the 4th house.

Yeah, I have had multiple discussions with my group of friends about this.  I do not know why on earth the game creators decided to make GJ the 4th house while at the same time leaving the entire southern portion of Westros able to be taken.

It creates a VERY un-balanced game in my opinion, in Baratheon's favor.
