My brother tried to join this site yesterday and was rejected (he lives in another part of the city so we dont have the same IP addresses or anything dodgy like that). Can I ask why please? Also, is he able to attempt to sign up again? His proposed user name was "Big Ticket".

Tell him to sign-up again and name you as reference. Sometimes we reject accounts with shiny motivations, emailadresses or usernames.
