Hi,
I have some ideas in my mind, And I want to compare them with yours. Victory conditions Are 7 castles or strongholds. For Targaeryen player it is 7 loyalty. Dragons start on CS 2. Targaryen is not always last on all Influence tracks

1: Prevent all od your casualties
1: If you are attacking, your footmen have CS 2 (instead of 1)
0 Return 1 card from your used cards pile to your hand

Dundarron
4: If your opponent is higher on VSB track, this card gain +1 CS
3: 1 sword+ 1 fort
2: If you are defending, reduce your opponent's played house card printed CS to 0
2: If you win, move one position higher on any influence track (2 positions if is VSB track)
1: 2 forts
1: if you are higher on VSB track, ignore text abbility of your opponent's played house card
0: If you are defending castle or stronghold, this card gain +2 CS

Arryn
4: If you win, you may place defend order token to the embattled area
3: 1 sword + 1 fort
2: 1 sword
2: If you win, you may use 1 muster point at Eyrie
1: 2 forts
1: Your ships add +2CS instead of +1 CS
0: Of you have defend order token in embattled area, its value is trippled

Gardener
4: For each knight in embattled area, this card gain +1 sword
3: 2 forts
2: If you are supported, this card gain +1 CS and +1 sword
2: 1sword
1: If you win, you may move 1 position higher on supply track
1: 1fort
0: You may discard 2 PTs. If you do, you may play an additional house card during this battle

Crown orders for positions on KC track are like this: 3,3,2,2,1,0,0,0.
I wasn't able to recreate Influence tracks yet.
