Topic: New player seeking advice.

Hi everyone. Can anyone tell me how to go about actually physically starting a game & how it is played? I have played the physical board game several times, but I'm new to this. Would very much like to play online, either live or on a turn by turn basis if that is allowed. Like I said, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
