General might not be the best place for this (apologies if that's so), but I'd rather post it here than private message an admin.

I own a copy of the GoT board game, which I've been playing with some coworkers. My supervisor works remotely though, so I've tried transitioning some of the people I play board games with to this website so we can include him. We have 5 of our 6 coworkers currently registered, but the last coworker's account registration is on hold.

Is there a procedure I would be expected to do if I hope to play with a group of friends online? I can provide evidence of owning the game(well if I can send a picture or the proof of purchase token's image or something), a list of the accounts corresponding to my coworkers that would like to play, etc. We'd be willing to accept some version of a restriction on our accounts banning us from playing ranked games together or something if needed. Really we're just hoping to find a service willing to host us .

My co-worker just got the email saying his account was now accepted! I'm going to leave this here for now in case it's relevant (unless it's more appropriate to remove it), but if not, chances are you'll see the odd private game pop up here and there with us in it.
