This has been an on going problem since about a year after I joined the site. I have only been able to inconsistently use the votekick or voteabort commands. In the majority of games, I get a dialog pop up thats says "INFO:error has occurred you may have misused the vote command", but rarely I am able to votekick. I am not sure this means I have been penalized or there is an actual bug. Anyway my account has been this way for years, I would appreciate just knowing what is causing it. If it is because I was over using the vote command I'd like to know. I definitely wouldn't be using votekick as much now since people are given kicks for letting games abort.
