Does anyone know how this combat resolved. Is Ellaria's house card ability resolved first or is it immediately cancelled by the Queen of Thorns? Does order even matter? If so what order? If anyone knows please tell me.

The text abilities are as follows:

Tyrell - Queen of Thorns "Cancel the special ability of your oppenent's house card"

Martell - Ellaria Sand "If defending, you may immediately upgrade one of your defending footman to a knight."

The only situation where the order matters is Ellaria against Loras.
