Hi, I a friend of mine has a Problem with the Log In: She could read in her e-mail: "your user account has been deactivated for security reasons" and she used the link to activate it again, but it doesnt work, theres always an "ERROR 12"... (but before that she has already changed her password)
Please, what can she do?

Error 12 = wrong password.

use "forgot my password" function!

Thanks for answering so fast

But obviously that doesnt work: Trying the "forgot my password" function she now gets the message "ERROR 15"

What does that mean?

too many unsuccessful log in tries.

Your friend should have get a new activation link. then try a new password.
