When bidding on the Areas of Influence, if you gain the Iron Throne and your bids for the Valyrian Steel Sword and Messenger Raven are tied, can you decide to put other players ahead of you?

It's most likely because you bidded more than the others. Only ties are resolved by the Throne owner

I think, if there is only a tie involving the IT owner on fiefdoms or KC it is indeed resolved automatically in favor of the IT owner.
