Hi, there is a very interesting case in the first edition game.
If player A (Tyrell) attacks player B (Martell) in a territory with one footman in it. Tyrell choose Loras to lead his forces and Martell use Ellaria to defend. The both cards special abilities are "immediately", so the question is which ones will executed first?

Usually in that case it is by turn order on IT, but have to say I don't know well the 1st ed cards.

Afaik in 1st Ed, the resolveorder is determined by Fiefdom-trackorder while in 2nd Ed its the ironthrone-Track.
