Our game was aborted due to inactivity of one of the players. We would like to continue the game. How can it be reopened?

Is it reasonable to reopen an aborted game that players aborted to stop someone from winning? In the game below I was going to win on the next move, however within minutes of it becoming my turn (pbem) the game was aborted. Thoughts?

Yes, in such cases, games can be re-instated, since the aborting players broke Community Gaming Rule 2.3 and 2.6, which states
2.3.
Finish your games even if it seems that you are going to lose. Quitting games increases your kickrate and can lead to other sanctions.
And
2.6.
Aborting a game or turning a live game to pbem without good reason is not allowed.
Exceptions:
a) consent of all(!) players,
b) if you announced it when creating the game (for example by saying "PBEM after 2 hours" in the game name).
Your reports are processed now and will be resolved in due time.
I removed the game link from your post to prevent public shaming of the involved players.
