Hello there,

last night our domain thronemaster.net was also moved to our new servers. This was dated for tomorrow, so I was suprised as well.
DNS entries might get updated within the next 24 hours on all central knotes. It is possible that you are still routed to the old server for a few hours.

Issues new server:
- encrypted communication should work again now
- avatars do not work
- ...

There are still some more technical issues. Feel free do mention them here.

I had a wrong game ID problem from 3/4 hours ago on my PBEM games. Thanks for any advise to resolve the problem

I assumed it's a DNS problem. Do you have the same issue on different networks like home, office, mobile?

Some of my friends (most of them from northern China) are unable to open the site properly. They can only see the background of the site and not see the specific content of the site, and try to use several devices, several networks (of course I think the network provider's departure exit may not change). Since they can see the background of the site, I think they found at least the location of the server, but I am not sure why he did not receive all the content returned by the server. I guess they may not be able to find the cdn server, if our website is used, but it seems that their css loading is intact, this is just my guess. Does anyone know the reason for this problem?

I read the reply above, I think this may also be a DNS issue? Maybe a high-level domain name resolution server from northern China has never received an update, if your original server address always returns the background of a page.

that means www.thronemaster.net resolves correctly wheras game.thronemaster.net is still routed to our old servers.

I updated the old site with a proper information page.

You can try to clear your local dns cache or you have to wait...

the normal site is working fine for me (on all devices), but I still have problems with the mobile version (mobile.thronemaster.net):

When I open "my games" it only shows me the correct number of pending games, but no list of the games. Same is true for online and aborted games - thus I cannot access any games via the mobile version right now. Anything I can do about that?

I dont know if its just me, but i often have to log in right during a session even though i have the option "keep me logged in" checked.

Quite annoying if this happens while writing a Forum comment and its all gone.

Does this happen to others too after the update?

Yes, I do get logged out more often now as well. Although I must say this also happened to me before the server move, but far less frequent than now.
