If someone is away for 7 days you can ask for a replacement on the forum section for that.
If someone is away for 14 days they are automaticly kicked and the game continues.
If someone is clearly gone, you can kick them yourself (/votekick in the game) but make sure you sent a message, also as PM on the website. And they really have to be gone (without announced vacation, etc.
Oh and which games are your problem? I checked your oldest five games and they seem to be doing fine. One is 2 days behind, the other four have moves from today. Do you have game ID's for these?

15 days indeed but Cobis is still a bit rusty after his early retirement, give him some time.
