So I was playing a Stark game vs Baratheon and Lannister, and they allied in turn 1 and all the way through turn 5 (they just used consolidate power in the south, and attacked me on both coasts). Game was over at the point I couldn't play a defense* token.
Now I understand that this is how 3 player games sometimes go, and that there is little chance to come back. You don't win a 2v1, especially as Stark with 5 ships split across East and West (at some point I was fighting 6 Lannister ships on the West Coast ...)
My question is: how do you optimize your chances to come back from these sort of games?
