From a brief check it does seem like your profile meets the requirements to become an MoT.
My question for you: when did you upload your avatar image? If it was today, you need to wait as the system only does checks once a day.
So if you uploaded it today, you should get the rights within 24 hours (assuming there isn't any other problem with your profile and you have registered with the AMM)
