For further information or clarification on the game, I was the Stark that originally said in chat in a private message to Baratheon "I won't enter the narrow sea if you won't"

Which he agreed to.

I asked this of him so I could safely move my ship into the port and then further down the line, Use the opening in his defence to attack from behind,
(NOT to create a long standing alliance with Bara in which we don't attack each other as he implied)

As the game went me and Lannister were too focused on our fights + an unfortunate wildling attack causing everyone to lose units. I choose to play safe rather than fight against bara in the seas where I didn't think I could win.

If this is specifically against the rules "No diplomacy in 3player games"
I am happy to apologise for not knowing, and won't use the chat for any sort of diplomacy in 3player games in the future.
If not I hope Lastdayfox also acknowledges how rude and disrespectful he was throughout the entire game, as he said on many occasions that "this was blatantly against the rules."
Edit: Also he states either one of us could have won if we had broken our alliance, I do at no point believe either of us could have outright won by breaking our 'agreement' to do so would have taken 2 turns or foresight on what order tokens were placed beforehand.

Not in public pls. You may describe the situation but not name players or add links.

If you think rules have been broken, file a report so we can have a look at it.

So I got a response from a Mod..

"the rules state:

6.3.
In 3 player games, general alliances are prohibited. Players can coordinate their moves to stop the strongest player, but not to win the game.

This means:

- coordinated attacks/actions are allowed but only against the clearly strongest player.
- any agreements besides that are prohibited, 3-player-games live from the tension between all 3 parties.
- talking about not raiding/not attacking somewhere is prohibited.

With these rules we want to make sure that these games are fair and fun for everyone. Having any kind of long term agreement or coordinated attacks against an equally strong player is an unfair advantage. This is different to games with more players since in these games, there are more parties to shift the balance back.

Hope this helps."

So I was wrong and I apologise for making that mistake, I had no idea of this rule beforehand and will make sure not to make the same mistake in the future.
