Lannister and Baratheon got one more than they should, no? I may be mistaken. I only count three consolidate icons on Lannister, and four on Baratheon.

we encountered the same situation in our game 226555 and this thread helped to understand the extra tokens gained. However Martell has not gained a power token for his ship in the harbor of Sunspear. Is this because the East Summer Sea is not controlled by him? Or more specifically: because it is controlled by an opponent?

Yes. You gain tokens on ship in ports in case a GoT card falls only if your ship can "trade", i.e. the connected sea is controlled by you or free.

That's in the rule book.
