I just joined a game and i cant place orders. neither can i get rid of the planning phase message. I have the same problem with the second game i joined. refreshing, different browser and restarting pc dont work.
Any suggestions?

which browser(s)/version did you try?
Have you checked your javascript setting and other plugins like noscript?
You should also try to delete your browser cache und reload/rejoin then.

We recommend Chrome or Firefox for our web application.

The problem was an extension, i turned it off and now it works fine.
