Topic: Kingmaking scenario. Please advise

Last rounds are special. As a rule of thumb, your priority should read like this:
1) Dont gift castles to other players for free (like playing a worse card, retreating your troops, stuff like that).
2) if you can choose between multiple options, you should always try to find the one that gives you the best placement (as long as it doesnt contradict 1). e.g. giving up a castle so a player can win preemptively, so you wont lose any more castles and end in a better position is Kingmkaing).
3) If you cant imporve your position, you should then try to interfere as less as possible in deciding the winner. eg. supporting the attacking player is not allowed, but helping the defender is.
4) if you want to get offensive, you can retake castles you have previously lost or if you declare revenge for mean backstabs and stuff like that (there has to be a strong reason though!). You are allowed to retake castles or otherwise players might take your castles without being afraid of your counterattack.
tldr: Try to not interfere in the winning process, but when you do, make sure that you are either getting an advantage out of this or to reclaim your belongings.
Now, for your specific game:
Your position is super dire so thank you for not giving up! Now to your possibilities:
1) Attacking GW with both Knights would leave MC empty allowing LAnnister to take MC and WH --> Kingmaking!
2) Anything else that doesnt involve emptying MC is fine. Emptying it would force lannister to move a unit in there, making it easy for bara to win the game.
My opinion: Whatever you do, you will always hurt Lannister more than Bara. Its up to you if you want to let them battle this out alone by just doing nothing or if you want to interfere, for example by reclaiming WF. Just make sure that this doesnt mean that bara can simply take 2 castles at once or something like that.
