I still dont fully understand what communication is valid in 3P games.
Please consider the following scenerio and let me know what you think.

I played Bara and had a weak hand (without Stannis, Renly and Patchface), I wanted to attack Lanni just to reset my hand ASAP. In order to save my attacking knight, I whispered Lanni and revealed my intentions (reset my hand) and suggested/persueded him to use a low card (since he was in a similar situation without tywin, jaime and tyrion).

Does this communication alone breaks the rules of 3P games?
There is no alliance ofcourse and no future or past plans with lannister.

I dont think it's relevant but he ended up killing my knight with gregor.

Am I to be reported for this?

In your description it sounds different then there, of course.

In general, the purpose of this rule is to prevent unfair(!) 2 vs 1 games. Two players coordinating against a would be winner is ok, but apart from that it should be all vs. all.  Although sometimes the game dictates to concentrate on one player. If you do that in a sensible way and not by coordinating with the third player that's fine as well.

Whispering to coordinate a single move is a borderline case. Something like attacking a player and telling him (possibly even in the open chat) you just want to reset your cards, to let him play a small card as well, as to not weaken him for the benefit of the third player is ok in my opinion. Making a secret deal to not harm each other sounds not so great though. Of course, it all depends on the actual game situation and how necessary the coordination is to stop a would-be winner.
