"Immediatly Discard your opponent's defence order" is it a permanent effekt or only for the battle ? Cause i unterstand it as an permanent effekt and even if y loose it should delete the enemies Defense order, so y can attack with other units again without the defense order ^^.

I agree with you. The Defence Order is removed for the whole turn.

seems not so ^^
Game Id 2428 , Tyrell attack GJ in sunset with Brienne, lost and the defense order is still there.

I think the text of the housecard is pretty clear. The order has to be removed immediately (before the battle), so that it doesnt depent from the result of the battle.

So i would say its a bug or wrong implemented. Maybe JM has an explanation for that.

No, I don't.
5 years and no one saw that? So it must be right as it is, right?

EDIT:
I checked my sources again. That must be a bug
if (existOrder( ordersDefender, ['A', 'B'], battleArea)) {
    battleDefenderTxtBonus -= 1;
} else if (existOrder( ordersDefender, ['C'], battleArea)) {
    battleDefenderTxtBonus -= 2;
}
removeOrder(getImageIndex( battleArea, battleDefender), getHouseNameByPlayer(battleDefender).substr(0, 1));
the order should be removed.

So is there posibility to fix that game, or we need to play along?

I removed Greyjoy's defense order.

I think the effect of Brienne is used very rarely. I can remember only one game, when it had an effect, because in our rounds Defence Orders are not placed very often.

raids and support is much more valuable than defense orders. they are far too weak.
