Ummmm....

Thanks for your zeal somsam, but I think it would be best if we give all the players a chance to decide if we have reached the point of replacing the player then he should have a chance to respond.

But if the players feel differently  than me then I will go with the majority.

I asked somsam if he could replace Tully.

We have already waited for more than 2 weeks and i've received now answer or demands for more time. So i deciced to replace Tully. Would Tully fight for the win, i would have waited longer.
