I like current sheet, what I don't it's unreadable HCs on the map.
The switching between map and sheet annoys me too. But i have no idea how to improve it. Problems: 1. There is not much space to increase the HCs; 2. The qualitiy of the HCs is not rich enought so that the readabilty wont be better if i would increase it; 3. We changed some cards, i would have to edit this too.

Any idea how to improve it?

I will try... shouldnt be that hard...

Concerning Open westeros:
I think we will play without it. Reason: While editing the Map a few moments ago (adding Winter is Coming to Deck 3), i realized that i would have to create a solution for displaying 3 cards for every deck. Furthermore how should it be handled to show which cards are still in deck?

well, the easiest and more robust way would be writing a simple web app for that, right with the randomizer for the card pools and other events.
the easiest doesn't mean the least time consuming
