Re-doing order as per precedent set from previous round.

Attacking Plains of Maredo with 1 footman from The Stone of the Tear

Tear is attacking with a value of 3 with Children of the Light at a value of 1.

STOP ! Rhaegar, you forgot the 2 garrison on Amadica as it is the Children of Light Capital (or the 2 knight support).

Can't really agree on that: forces are computed before choosing house cards. Therefore at least Tear should be allowed to change his card with the right values.
We had the same situation one turn before with Andor mis reading a support and allowed him to change the full order.

Fair enough. Tear did already calculate the forces (albeit wrongly) and choose a card.

If the Tear player wants to change the card then that works fine. He needs to let me know.
