I've gotten few PMs so far informing me that it is my turn to act. Is that a common courtesy and should I start doing that too or is that more a reminder when someone's taking a bit long to act?

It should be common courtesy so the game Speed stays high.

But I would ask you to wait until I update the map. Looks like you have been pretty busy yesterday and today^^

In addition I suggest that we also note everything happening between the player actions (like Westeros cards without user interaction or skipped players) in our posts, that way it is easier to follow everything. At least I will try to do it that way.
