May I ask how the "Highest winning probability" was calculated? I am sure I should be on that list. Perhaps I haven't played enough games this month?

if we are going to introduce a medal system at some point, we could include medals based on these monthly stats. i will try and think of some names if i find the time

won+((2.241*2.241)/2))/(games+(2.241*2.241)) - 2.241 * SQRT((won+((2.241*2.241)/2)) / (games+(2.241*2.241))*(1-(won+((2.241*2.241)/2)) / (games+(2.241*2.241)))/(games+(2.241*2.241))

You are not in the top 100.
This stats takes only game data from last month. that might be the reason. Also it's not about win ratio alone.

If we only took the rate between games and wins the table would be boring. 1:1 -> 100%

So it's not win-lose ratio, it's number of games won.
Makes sense

Very cool feature!
I just happened to notice that PBEM and Live Speedster got mixed up. I found 40s per move in the top 10 Live Speedster questionable.

On a sidenote: What does "Agresti" stand for?

I will take a look and our "Speedsters" again, but I think it is correct, because one table is based on seconds, the other one on minutes (PBEM). Also the value is generated as overall average and does not exclude best/worst times like for your personal speed index.

I chose the Agresti-Coull method to calculate the players with highest probability to win again. It is not based on win rate alone, because this would push all players with very few games and lucky ones with only one game and one win. Also the value is not to be read like a win probability rate. I cannot say myself what the value means exactly ^^

Game Abortion rate (~120k games):

~21% Aborted LIVE
~37% Aborted PBEM - games switched to PBEM not excluded!
~58% Aborted BEGINNER
~37% Aborted UNRATED
~18% Aborted RATED
_____________________
~28% Aborted IN TOTAL

Game Abortion rate 2018 (~14k games):

~18% Aborted LIVE
~27% Aborted PBEM - games switched to PBEM not excluded!
~45% Aborted BEGINNER
~31% Aborted UNRATED
~15% Aborted RATED
_____________________
~22% Aborted IN TOTAL

I recomment LIVE, rated games
The currently running games (~1k) were also excluded in this calculation.

compare from 2016 - 2 years old:
I took the last 35k games (~1 year) and checked the abort rate. Ongoing games are not included.

Here are our current stats:
aborted games
-------------
beginner : 61.6%
unrated  : 31.7%
rated    : 16.3%

Got the idea beginners are created (automatically and by MoT's) less, is that true?

I would say the number of beginner games is slighty increasing in comparison with the number of active players, else quite steady.

Thank you, that is very enlighting data.
For me the values are quiet surprising since I have an abort rate of 12% with pbem only.
The trend looks promising.
