I prefer playing pbem games and when i create them I want to be able to restrict them to a certain players speed, i know this option exist but i dont seem to find it or it is not enabled for me.

some players dont read the game description (which i mention this restriction on) and then i have to kick them, please advise

You can set speedfilters with SuperMoT Rights. How you get them? Only JM knows the exact criteria and he wont tell you
