The simple answer is of course that all games I don't win were spoilt by someone
Jokes aside, I'd very much appreciate some examples/guidelines on what this type of report is meant for.

Spoiling is in general giving up. You are no longer in a good position and you simply 'suicide' without directly leading to the win of other player but making it easy.
Or you are loosing and wittingly delay your moves, or in a live u are loosing and simply leave with some lame excuse. Even if you are not loosing, if u leave a live after 1h-2h (6p) and that leads to the abortion of the game, that's spoiling.

Thanks for the clarification. What I was getting at with my joke comment is the case when a suspect troll move sucks all fun out of your game.
E. g. you are Lannister with a hostile Greyjoy and get your support in Stoney Sept raided by Baratheon.
Are you supposed to handle that yourself by your blacklist?

Thats not spoiling thats Baratheon wanting you dead, there is a difference^^
Your blacklist will fill rather quickly if this is a criteria for you.

Spoiling: Basically every rule violation other than kingmaking, Insulting, Quitting

3p alliance would be spoiling for example, actively suiciding, not placing orders....
