We start with 15 tokens. You will simultaneously give every house a bid ranging for 0-15 and then we see what it is the biggest bid and give it to the highest bidder. In case of a draw we maximize the used tokens, in some cases we still need to draw.
After the houses are shared to the players and tokens taken away, we will start with regular clash of kings players bidding with that they have left.
This system might cause sometimes a big trouble if you bid badly and for example bara could take narrow sea in the first round etc. So the first clash of kings bid could be more optional, but it fit quite nicely with 4 player game where all of the players have more leverage on everyone's game.
