Now that the discussion on the base decks and best cards of certain levels seems over, I thought I'd suggest a new and somewhat creative thing to do.

As many know, there is a DoD expansion for GoT that amongst other things features completely new deck for 6 houses of the base game. What I'm suggesting we do is make a combined pool of cards from both base game and the expansion for each house and then draw a deck of cards of preference.

Rules are few:

1) Same format of the deck, i.e. 1*4, 1*3, 2*2 and so on.
2) The deck has to be as ridiculously strong as it can possibly be.
3) (Optional) Extra points for not same character cards with different rules.

I would take Walder Frey instead of Rodrik Cassel. Two towers are good, but the ability to force someone to support you is much better. The stark deck gets ridiculously strong, you basically removes starks two weakst cards(0,3) with two strong cards, and uppgrades a decent 1 strengt card to a good one

i'd probably agree with consultum, because walder is extremely situational and there is not much room in the north for 2 players supporting each other against stark

it doesn't even matter what are 2nd 1 & 2 cards in stark deck, with reek/roose and eddard/ramsey, none of them would ever get played, except for an occasional blackfish

Sure, it's just to have the additional option to prevent casualties, when you need to. That's one reason why I prefer Rodrick Cassel over Walder Frey. The second is, as you said, especially for Starks position it's far too situational to get value from Walders ability.

I misunderstood the premise, and was originally thinking that it was to make the best deck from all houses combined.  And I was surprised to find that given that, I don't think I'd include any cards at all from the DoD expansion.  
Despite how many of them look OP, I still think I'd go Viper-Loras-Roose-Balon-Arianne-Blackfish-Doran, in their original incarnations.  Pairing OG Roose with any of Loras/Balon/Arianne/Doran would probably be enough to break the game irrevocably.

I fully agree with ajants assessment, although it really hurts to leave out DoD Margaery.

I agree with the choices.

IMO Tyrell DWD deck is broken enough though. Just playing my first ever DWD game and I don't understand who balanced it.

look at Tyrell:

0 - likely the best one in combat (Reek is great in other terms)

1 - QoT likely best one as well, Walder number 2 for me

1 - Paxter one of the best as well, with Quentyn great sometimes too and Addam Marbrand cool but just in attack

2 - both cards are nothing special but those are the same for most of houses.
Only better are Ilyn and Reader, Melisandre not good for Bara who can't farm anywhere.

3 - Hotah and Kevan have pretty useless fortifications for a 3 STR cards
Jon Snow is situational so also worse than Randyll and Victarion for me.
The best is Ramsay, of course.

4 - Stannis > Mace Tyrell = Jaime > Roose > Euron (situational especially if no clash or GJ keeps sword) >>>>> Doran (why the hell isn't Doran 0 or 1?
