Kicks are removed when you finish well games. JUstified or not, that's not you to tell but the judges - if you think it was not justified, report it.

You might also add to the "placing orders" section: Orders are always assigned simultaneously in the planning phase. Other than in the 2nd Edition board game this is true even if there is a player controlling more areas with units than eligible orders available.

Quote from 2nd Edition rules:

Not Enough Order Tokens?
In very rare circumstances, a player will have fewer eligible Order tokens than he needs (i.e., he is unable to assign an order to each area containing one or more of his units). In this case, all players must take the Assign Orders step in turn order (rather than simultaneously).

The Irone Thrones decides (like in every tie). Except for ties in combat, those are resolved with the Fiefdoms track.

I'm a little confused about the number of Clashes in a game I just played.

Double checking my copy of the game, I counted the following:

2 - Dark Wings Dark Words

3 - Clash of Kings

In the following game: https://game.thronemaster.net/?game=105244&show=log we can see that there are four bidding events. Three of these are accounted for by the three CoK cards being drawn. I don't understand how the fourth occurred, since Dark Wings Dark Words only was drawn once, and the holder chose no event.

What am I missing?

Maybe I don't understand how that card is working.
The text for Winter is Coming says "Immediately shuffle this deck. Then draw and resolve a new card."
You're saying that we re-incorporate all of the discarded cards from that phase when we shuffle?

That's exactly how it works! Otherwise the card 'Winter is Coming' would be pointless.

By the way: are you aware, that you can always check the chances for a certain event to occur by typing /events into the chat window?

I just noticed a difference between the game and this online version, not mentioned in the original post.

In the rulebook, it says you cannot initiate two combats against another house/player with a single move. Id est, you can take the Eyrie (occupied by neutral forces) and another player's castle in a single move.
I just tried it here but it doesn't work though. This prevents my option to win

From the 2nd edition rule book, p. 26:

Marching against a Neutral Force counts as the March Order’s
one allowed attack.

It's a bit unfortunate that this is not mentioned in the part about resolving march orders.
