Raid the CP in Harrenhal.

It does not look like Lanni (only cancel out my useless raid in Bitterbridge) or Tully can use their raids. Martell and Stark have no raid orders so next would be Greyjoy. Please double check but think that is correct.

I raid the CP in Castle Black.

I believe the raid actions would be:

Shivering Sea - raids Castle Black CP

Widow's Watch - raids White Harbor Defense
Port Of Seagard - unusable
Sunset Sea - unusable
Golden Sound - raids Lannisport CP*
Blackwater - can only cancel Bitterbridge raid
Duskendale - raid CP in Harrenhall
Kingswood - unusable
Bitterbridge - can only cancel Blackwater raid

Given that, I believe it is my turn to march.

As such, I win battle and Martell's 4 ships retreat to ESS. Due to Arianne, my ships remain in The Gullet.
