If they don't controll any castles/strongholds and have units, then they still participate in bidding

Kamil14 13 hours ago

They are in the game as long as they have at least one land unit.

If a player possess 0 castles or strongholds and a clash comes, are they able to bid the tracks?

There's no way to cancel if you had pressed proceed

dusteppe 16 hours ago

Is it possible to cancel an attack after clicking proceed? I clicked the wrong region by accident

Hi guys, I've a huge lover of the G.o.T. base board game (i haven't played any expansions. My buddies and i started playing about 5 years ago and we had a solid run of 15 or so games but over the past few years its become clear no one really wants to play anymore. Its basically to time consuming to play in person as people start having kide etc. Anyways, I am desperate to find a community online to play but i dont really know how this works. Ive never used any sort of table top.  Is that what this website uses? Do we need to mover out own pieces on a digital board or is this a game in which the AI does what you ask of it (example Catan on steam).

Also, do you chat while playing?  And are there games that are set up so that they go straight until there is a winner or are they played over days?

I honestly only really want to play 6 players versions as anything less is too easy for a few houses. I dont quit games and I just love chilling through a game even when Im out of it.

Thanks, and glad to be here

Why dont you just try it?^^
You select the units and the areas and hit the proceed button.
You open the chat window to chat with players or the bubble beside their names to whisper
You can play live games or pbem games(play by email).

What Nomaris said, welcome indeed!

Under gaming> online games you'll find the list of running and pending games, you can also spectate those.

After you finished 5 unrated (blue) and/or beginner (green) games, you'll be able to play rated games, those are the white ones.

Enjoy your stay!
