Does that mean Seagard and Lannisport will be downgraded? And also another player can't take those as capital?

Brannis, you get a port. Which sea do you want it touching? I assume that won't affect Baratheon's pick  of capital.

We've got someone taking a landlocked capital. Fascinating. Lannie, in case you still haven't read them, the balance to the double loss of mustering points is that castles that don't border other castles, if chosen as capitals, result in additional mustering points. So far, though, were at the minimum number of mustering points possible in this variant: 27 (I think I miscalculated that before).
